THIS I KNOW

God/Goddess/AllMother is Love
I am Love
Love is all there is
Love is infinite
all-seeing
all-knowing
all-powerful
omnipresent
and eternal
In this moment, Love is all
In this moment I am Goddess
In this moment I am Divine
In this moment I am whole
In this moment I am healed
In his moment I can assist others to heal and be whole
In a state of wholeness there is no illness
no pain
no fear
Only Love
Everything else,
greed, confusion, desire, hostility, violence, hatred
... falls away.

If all who are whole in this moment
(which has no location in time or space)
regard all living things and the Earth herself with eyes of love a
nd sincerely desire the well-being and wholeness of others,
healing will result.

We must start with ourselves.
We must start with dedicating ourselves to a spiritual path
and to practising truth, honesty, non-violence, non-attachment and non-judgement in our daily lives.
We must start with a daily practice of reflection on our selves
We must start with forgiving ourselves for any non-loving thoughts and actions, for being imperfect.
We must start with loving ourselves
We must start with a desire for wholeness and healing
We must start with a yearning for freedom and liberation
We must start with stilling the mind and holding ourselves open to the Divine

Then Love will come
